I am indebted to Candy Robbins for sending me the following report: Southdown Hunt East Pony Club – Team and Individual Show Jumping South of England Showground – 30th & 31st March 2013 Following the disappointment of having to postpone this event in January due to heavy snow and ice, Southdown Hunt East [...] The Branch Show went ahead last Sunday despite some rather damp and inclement weather. Thankfully nobody seemed put off by the intermittent rain and the event was well attended with many happy riders. Mary Emeny kept a record of who won in each class; a full listing is at the end of this post. We are very grateful to the following organisations who [...] A big thank you to everyone who helped make the Branch Show on Sunday a success despite the dampness. Most importantly the show ran at a profit and, as always at weekends this time of year, there was plenty of choice of show to attend. I hope to publish a fuller report in due course. [...] |
